Customer feedback

Mr Peter Smith, August 2011: A more comprehensive guide in each room to the area and facilities of the accomodation and the surrounding area / city. Travel information (public transport) would have also have been helpfull in a welcome pack or in-room guide. Overall very happy with the visit . Did miss not having a radio or TV in the room but other than that extremely happy with our stay.
Mr Alexander Black, July 2011: Excellent! Actually great value for money!
