Customer feedback

, August 2011: Hallo,I had spent seven days to Ancaster Hall and I'm happy the choice taken. The room is clean, the food is very good and the place inside the campus is wonderful. A special thanks to all staff because I dont' speak and understand English very well, but they were always very helpful.

, August 2011: Staff were very helpful and polite - nothing was a bother room and facilities clean etc. Will recommend to others and stay there next time

, June 2011: The staff was very kind and helpful. The campus is breathtaking!

, June 2011: My experience at Ancaster Hall was excellent: lovely welcome, very helpful front desk staff; delicious breakfast. Room was clean, bed comfortable and linen sparkling. I would recommend it to a friend and would love the opportunity to stay there again. Transport links into and out of university were excellent, and there is a free hopper bus from campus to campus! Overall a very good experience, and of course the gardens were gorgeous.

, July 2010: After booking online I received an apologetic confirmation informing that I would be staying in another hall with similar facilities. However, this made no difference to me and I was perfectly satisfied with the room and facilities. I was particularly pleased that a fridge was provided and that the room I was allocated was very quiet and looked out onto meadowland.

, June 2010: Room somewhat tired but it was student accommodation and against cost is expected. Proximity to conference centre more important.
